A Heart That Works gutted me! I rewatched some of Catastrophe after reading Rob’s book.
Also...I’m 99% sure I’m getting a nose piercing before Chicago. I almost put it out on the group chat to see if anyone would want to go to a tattoo/piercing parlor with me. 😆
Last year when I deleted Instagram, I literally read 5x more than the previous year! One of the best decisions I've made ☺ And Demon Copperhead was my favorite read last year!
I actually gave up on Lessons in Chemistry. I was really disappointed after all the hype. Just added Strong Like Water to my TBR list after this rec 🙌🏼
staying off social media = reading more... wise words, thanks for the reminder (and book recs!)

4 quick things:
1. I didn’t love Lessons in Chemistry either, but Demon Copperhead is on my nightstand rn and I’m sooo eager to read it soon.
2. I also loved Strong Like Water! Aundi Kolber is the best.
3. NEVER too old for a tattoo. Seriously, ever.
4. Eagerly awaiting your memoir (!!!!!)
YES TO THE TATTOO. I have a girl. Come here and I’ll go with you and get another one 😜
Get the tattoo :)
I also wasn't as over the moon about Lessons in Chemistry as everyone else!
Tattoos -- you are not too old!! What part of your body are you thinking of getting it on?

Not too old for the tattoo! My mentor got her first one in her 60s.
